Mr. Ace founder of Ace Gen had always been passionate about teaching. After years of training aspiring caregivers and healthcare assistants in Dubai, he felt the need to create something greater—something with a lasting impact. With the support of his loved ones, including his Bicolana doll model "Manay," who became his business partner, Gerryl, the both of them founded Ace Gen Training Center—a place where knowledge, skill, and compassion came together.
From the very first batch of students, Ace knew he had made the right choice. The Lessons were more than just technical training; they shaped confident, compassionate caregivers ready to serve. He watched students enter uncertain and leave empowered, prepared to make a difference in people’s lives.
Word spread quickly. Ace Gen Training Center became known for its high-quality instruction, hands-on experience, and the warmth Ace brought to every session. Graduates built successful careers in hospitals, nursing homes, and private care, many returning to share how his training had changed their lives.
One evening, as Ace stood at the entrance of his training center, watching the sun set over the city, he smiled. Ace Gen was more than just a school—it was a legacy of care, dedication, and the transformative power of education.

Ace Vincent P. Sagario
Managing Director & Co-owner
Over 20 years of experience in healthcare and education, dedicated his career to shaping the next generation of professionals. Born in Iligan City, Philippines, he has worked as a Medical Authorization Executive in Dubai since 2013, ensuring efficient processing of medical insurance claims while gaining extensive industry expertise.
As a seasoned nurse instructor, Ace has mentored aspiring caregivers, focusing not just on technical skills but also on instilling compassion and confidence. His passion for education led him to co-found Ace Gen Training Center, a platform that offers diverse professional courses beyond healthcare, including business, technology, creative arts, and personal development.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ace has a creative side, particularly in makeup artistry, showcasing his versatility and artistic passion. His leadership at Ace Gen continues to inspire students, providing them with the skills and mindset to succeed in their chosen careers.
Owner & Co-founder
Gerryl Gaid
A driven entrepreneur with a diverse professional background, Gerryl Gaid co-founded Ace Gen Training Center to create accessible, high-quality education for aspiring professionals. At just 26, she has built a successful career as a Technology Finance Professional at a Forbes-listed bank in Dubai, where she manages complex financial operations and strategic initiatives.
Beyond finance, Gerryl has pursued acting and modeling, starring in Love in Disguise alongside Daniel Matsunaga, a film that premiered in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Her passion for social impact is evident through her philanthropic work, supporting education for underprivileged students, women’s empowerment, and community development programs.
Her dynamic expertise and commitment to professional growth and social responsibility make her an integral part of Ace Gen’s leadership. Through her vision, the training center fosters a diverse, inclusive learning environment where students are empowered to achieve success in various industries.
